Dear Customers:
Please note the following estimated timeline of Pro-face America department transitions to Greensboro, NC in the coming months. Departments will be moved in this order and will take approximately one week for each effort.
- 1st - Repair
- 2nd - HMIs and Accessories
- 3rd - Configured IPCs
All of these departments will be closed during this time and there will be NO shipping of orders for two to three weeks. Production and Repair will restart at the Greensboro plant as soon as possible AFTER this transition.
Specific dates will be announced as soon as they are available, and we will provide as much notice as possible.
