HMI Centric Solution - High Flexibility, Strong Visibility, Strong Reliability
Ann Arbor, MI – June 10, 2020 - Pro-face America announces the release of the new HMI Centric Architecture series as part of the Pro-face HMI Centric Solution. This series of designs provide an outline using validated 3rd party equipment, such as cameras, ID readers, robots, and more with Pro-face HMIs to create a fully tested, validated, documented, architecture (TVDA) ready for customer implementation.
HMI Centric Architectures (TVDAs) save customers time and effort in developing systems by providing connection and configuration instructions for Pro-face HMI and products from other companies, as well as sample projects to complete the application.
These five new architecture options include, not only suggestions for building new equipment and facilities, but also suggestions for enhancing existing equipment and facilities to improve site operations.
HMI with WiFi router + Smartphone
Easily start secure remote maintenance over 3G/4G using your smartphone as an access point, even in environments where a network cannot be built, or the end user's on-site network is not available.
BOX HMI with QR Code for mobile HMI operation
Use BOX HMIs and tablets to save space and reduce costs for efficient maintenance improvements on site. Users can monitor the information of various equipment on a tablet, or by using a QR code to quickly and reliably access the equipment.
HMI with Network camera
Capture scenes that are not noticeable to the naked eye, or the cause of errors that cannot be determined by data analysis alone.
HMI with ID Card (NFC) reader
Security measures can be easily implemented by utilizing HMI to manage the operations of equipment and facilities that are monitored by multiple users, or that have special processes.
Robot HMI
A dedicated sample HMI screen allows all to check the status of the robot on HMI without additional special tools.
